"Driver and car not at airport. Yes our flight was late but I had provided flight information so company should have been aware and made adjustments. I had to call after waiting 15-20 minutes and then it took almost an hour for driver to arrive resulting in a second phone call. I had also reserved a vehicle that would accommodate 8 passengers and their luggage for the 4 of us had extra luggage; however it was a 4 passenger vehicle, and space cramped. We were still charged the price of an 8 passengers (44 euros) and not the price for 4 passenger (39 euros)."

"I booked an one way Airport transfer from my hotel at 3:20 am. I received the booking confirmation instantly and the Company texted the driver details 6 hrs prior to my scheduled transfer. Our driver Oussama waited for us in the hotel lobby and we had a smooth transfer to Brussels airport in a BMW 5 series. They are one of the cheapest and the best Company for Airport transfers and I highly recommend them if you need an Airport transfer in Brussels. However, there is no cancellation/modification option at their website. You have to mail them if you need any modifications to your booking. But don't worry as their response is very prompt. You'll get a reply within 2 hrs. Pros: Reliable, cheap, clean vehicles, polite driver Cons: None"
