"Very impressed with the driver. Our inbound flight was delayed at Edinburgh, arriving late and then there were massive ques at Border control which took nearly 2 hours to get through. The driver waited for us and kept in touch throughout this. For the outbound flight we received very bad advice from our hotel suggesting that the journey would take twice as long as we expected. We phoned the driver and to allay our worries, he came early to pick us up. Excellent service!"

"Just a recommendation, for the arrival airport to be checked for all the reservations. I made a mistake and added the incorrect airport. The driver figured it out only after he arrived at the wrong airport. A double check on your side for all the reservations would be good"

All three times, I got a recorded message that the contact could not be reached at this time. The driver was friendly and polite. The car was very clean and met our needs for large baggage. The driver was running 12-15 minutes late but he called to let us know he would be late."

"Punctuality: Unfortunately, there was an unexpected traffic jam that slowed down the driver's arrival. However, both the driver and the attendant were supportive and kept me informed. Driver: The driver did his best to arrive at the airport on time, leaving me safely in a good place. Besides, he helped me with my luggage, both in the departure and arrival, and tried to make me comfortable, chatting with me over the ride and making me aware of all deviations from the usual pathway taken. Vehicle: Due to the traffic jams, my original book (a car) was upgraded to a comfortable van, whose driver was closer to my departure point. Since I was the only passenger, there was plenty of space. Thank you for the good service."
