Driver: The driver did his best to arrive at the airport on time, leaving me safely in a good place. Besides, he helped me with my luggage, both in the departure and arrival, and tried to make me comfortable, chatting with me over the ride and making me aware of all deviations from the usual pathway taken. Vehicle: Due to the traffic jams, my original book (a car) was upgraded to a comfortable van, whose driver was closer to my departure point. Since I was the only passenger, there was plenty of space. "Pick up was 1st class. Was there waiting where he said he would be. Return transfer, the driver hit some traffic on the way to get me. But I was contacted and told he was gonna be 10 minutes late. The phone call eliminates the worry when your waiting there’s a no show. And then you have to try and find a contact detail to get through to someone and find out what’s going on, I liked this, professional. Driver was pleasant and chatted to me about my trip. Top experience and transfer at a great price. Would highly recommend and will definitely use next time in Belgium."
