On the return trip, I didn't receive a confirmation from the driver ahead of time and they weren't at the airport when I arrived. I had to call the company and wait 20 minutes for the driver. When the driver finally arrived, they didn't offer to assist with any of my party's luggage. The vehicle was clean and appropriate for my party's size."

"We had two vehicles to drive a party of 9 people from Brussels Airport to Bruges. The drivers were more or less on time, one was just over 10 minutes late for our return pickup. The vehicles were not particularly well presented. The drivers both into Bruges and on the return to the airport consistently drove over the speed limits, mostly at speeds of up to 150km per hour on the motorways, making for a very uncomfortable journey, especially on the return when driving conditions were poor due to wet weather. Wouldn't be in a hurry to use your service again"
