Superb! We would not hesitate to book again. Our flight was 15 minutes late... then the bags... then the mandatory loo visit. We found our driver exactly where we expected, he assisted with luggage (pushed my trolley - much appreciated), loaded the car and had us in the city in no time. He drove expertly, found our private apartment with no problem and assisted with luggage out of the car and onto the pavement. We are super happy - easy booking, easy payment, good price, great driver and spotlessly clean and spacious car. We’ll definitely use again when we return to Brussels.

The driver was late, but the office called in about 15 minutes prior to pick-up time, which I received with pleasant surprise. The driver did arrive a little later than expected, but that was OK. Good I booked to allow plenty of buffer time. The driver was courteous, helpful in getting in and out my bags. Drive to airport was short and pleasant.

Very impressed with the driver. Our inbound flight was delayed at Edinburgh, arriving late and then there were massive ques at Border control which took nearly 2 hours to get through. The driver waited for us and kept in touch throughout this. For the outbound flight we received very bad advice from our hotel suggesting that the journey would take twice as long as we expected. We phoned the driver and to allay our worries, he came early to pick us up. Excellent service!

Just a recommendation, for the arrival airport to be checked for all the reservations. I made a mistake and added the incorrect airport. The driver figured it out only after he arrived at the wrong airport. A double check on your side for all the reservations would be good

I made 3 attempts to reach someone by phone using the emergency contact number in the confirmation email. All three times, I got a recorded message that the contact could not be reached at this time. The driver was friendly and polite. The car was very clean and met our needs for large baggage. The driver was running 12-15 minutes late but he called to let us know he would be late.

Due to long lines at immigration we were late to the designated pickup location. However our driver was still there waiting for us. Great driver and very nice vehicle. We had purchased a round trip but had to cancel the return trip to the airport because of a family emergency. We will use your service on our next trip to Brussels.
