"On the outgoing trip, I didn't receive a confirmation from the driver ahead of time, so I had to call the company to confirm the pick up. The driver arrived 10 minutes late due to the weather. On the return trip, I didn't receive a confirmation from the driver ahead of time and they weren't at the airport when I arrived. I had to call the company and wait 20 minutes for the driver. When the driver finally arrived, they didn't offer to assist with any of my party's luggage. The vehicle was clean and appropriate for my party's size."
