"Pick up was 1st class. Was there waiting where he said he would be. Return transfer, the driver hit some traffic on the way to get me. But I was contacted and told he was gonna be 10 minutes late. The phone call eliminates the worry when your waiting there’s a no show. And then you have to try and find a contact detail to get through to someone and find out what’s going on, I liked this, professional. Driver was pleasant and chatted to me about my trip. Top experience and transfer at a great price. Would highly recommend and will definitely use next time in Belgium."

On the return trip, I didn't receive a confirmation from the driver ahead of time and they weren't at the airport when I arrived. I had to call the company and wait 20 minutes for the driver. When the driver finally arrived, they didn't offer to assist with any of my party's luggage. The vehicle was clean and appropriate for my party's size."
