"Excellent service, great driver. We were delayed by lost luggage but our driver waited for us and kept in touch."

"This was our ride heading to the airport to leave Belgium, but the driver turned out to be a hot tempered, impatient person and screeched out of the parking lot in such a dramatic fashion (WOW)...all because we paid in quite a bit of change (last I left it was still currency). Other than that, your service was great and would recommend it any day :-)"

"This was our welcome ride into Brussels. There was a language barrier but we managed to communicate somehow. Very pleasant driver, who also assisted with our luggage. Best part is that, he always addressed us with a smile. Great service, would definitely recommend it any day :-)"

"The exception to confirm the rule... Then I was waiting for my booked taxi 03.30 AM, the taxi didnt arrive and the driver didnt reply (most probably sleeping...) However, "the dispatcher" replied and saved the morning and the travel arrangement by driving from Charleroi to Waterloo to drop me of at Zaventem. This was the first time, and hopefully the last then bxlexpress f--k up. Evaluation; first driver ZERO - "dispatcher" 10"

"The driver called me when I was waiting for my luggage. Then I came to the meeting point but he wasn't there. I called him, and he said he would come in a few minutes. However, I had to wait about 15 more minutes. Other than that, it was a good experience."

"I gave 5 stars judging only the trip from Brugge to Brussels Zaventem Airport since the driver was on time, the car was clean and the driver made every effort to avoid traffic jams and get us to the airport on time. If I would also consider the trip from Brussels Zaventem to Brugge I would give 4 stars in each category. But all in all it was a good experience and I would use their services again."
