"Driver and car not at airport. Yes our flight was late but I had provided flight information so company should have been aware and made adjustments. I had to call after waiting 15-20 minutes and then it took almost an hour for driver to arrive resulting in a second phone call. I had also reserved a vehicle that would accommodate 8 passengers and their luggage for the 4 of us had extra luggage; however it was a 4 passenger vehicle, and space cramped. We were still charged the price of an 8 passengers (44 euros) and not the price for 4 passenger (39 euros)."

They showed up on time and were very helpful with the luggage. Our female driver from Brugges-Ghent-Brussels was especially nice and helpful. A great experience!"
