"Superb! We would not hesitate to book again. Our flight was 15 minutes late... then the bags... then the mandatory loo visit. We found our driver exactly where we expected, he assisted with luggage (pushed my trolley - much appreciated), loaded the car and had us in the city in no time. He drove expertly, found our private apartment with no problem and assisted with luggage out of the car and onto the pavement. We are super happy - easy booking, easy payment, good price, great driver and spotlessly clean and spacious car. We’ll definitely use again when we return to Brussels."

The driver waited for us and kept in touch throughout this. For the outbound flight we received very bad advice from our hotel suggesting that the journey would take twice as long as we expected. We phoned the driver and to allay our worries, he came early to pick us up. Excellent service!"
