"I made the reservation the same morning of the day I was travelling (I arrived at Brussels at night) and everything went smoothly: the driver sent me an sms before the take-off of my plane, he was waiting for me in the meeting point, the car was ok (actually it was a taxi). I would reccommend it and will use it again if I arrive late at night at Brussels."
