Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Zwankendamme

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can head there straight away and meet your driver without searching the terminal.

The Drive from BRU to Zwankendamme

The route covers 120 km (75 miles) and typically takes 1 h 24 m by road. That is a fair distance, so a private transfer saves you from planning connections with luggage after a flight. Allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush hours around Brussels, or when the weather is poor, since motorway traffic in this part of Belgium can slow down quickly. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request just like any other, and your driver will be arranged for your arrival.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle should match your group size and the amount of luggage you carry:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) or Private Taxi (1-4 passengers): suited to solo travellers, couples, families and small groups with standard luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a comfortable choice for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 Seats: designed for tour groups, clubs, school parties, wedding guests and company outings, with capacity for up to 48 passengers in a single vehicle.

If your party is close to the limit of a vehicle, or you carry bulky items such as sports equipment or prams, it is sensible to choose the next size up for more space.

About Zwankendamme

Zwankendamme is a small place in Belgium, so there is little to say beyond the essentials. Because smaller localities can have narrow local roads and similar-sounding street names nearby, it helps to have your exact address ready. Please share the full drop-off address or the name of your accommodation, so the driver can take you to the correct door rather than the general area. For the return journey to the airport, plan to leave with a comfortable margin before your check-in time, as the drive takes about an hour and a half in normal conditions.
