Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Zoutenaaie

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Zoutenaaie

The transfer covers 147 km (92 miles) and typically takes 1 h 34 m by road. That is a fairly long ride by Belgian standards, so it suits a private transfer well: you get in at the airport and get out at your door, without juggling luggage between connections. Zoutenaaie is a less frequently booked destination, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route.

Belgian motorways around Brussels are busy on weekday mornings and late afternoons, and roadworks are common. If you have a fixed appointment or an event at the other end, build in some extra time beyond the typical driving time. Rain and heavy traffic can also stretch a journey of this length.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group

For solo travellers, couples and small families, a private taxi is the natural choice. There are options for up to 3 passengers and for up to 4 passengers, so pick the larger one if you are travelling with several suitcases.

• Private Minibus 8 Seats: small groups, extended families or business colleagues with luggage.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: wedding parties, sports teams and mid-sized tour groups.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: large groups, company outings and coach-style travel for up to 48 people.

Booking the vehicle that matches your group size keeps everyone together in one vehicle for the whole 1 h 34 m ride.

About Zoutenaaie

Zoutenaaie is a small place in Belgium rather than a major tourist hub, so expect a quiet, local setting instead of a busy town centre. It is best to have the exact address of your destination ready when booking, so your driver can take you straight there. If you are visiting for a family occasion or a private stay, share the full address and a contact number in advance.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits for you at Java Coffee House inside Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can head there directly after baggage reclaim.
