Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Zandhoven

The drive from Brussels Airport to Zandhoven

Zandhoven lies 58 km (36 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the journey by road typically takes about 39 minutes. The route runs from the Brussels area towards the province of Antwerp, so it is a straightforward transfer in normal conditions. Weekday morning and late-afternoon traffic around Brussels and Antwerp can slow things down, so allow some extra time if you have a tight connection or an appointment at the other end. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request just like any other.

Choosing the right vehicle

For solo travellers, couples and small families, a private taxi is the simplest choice, with options for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. If you travel with several suitcases, the four-seat option gives a little more flexibility. Larger parties can book a private minibus with 8 or 16 seats, which suits family gatherings, wedding guests or small business teams. For bigger groups, minibuses with 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats keep everyone together in one vehicle. This is useful for events, club trips or company outings in and around Zandhoven.

Meeting point at Brussels Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can meet your driver without a long walk or any confusion.
