Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Zandbergen

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House in Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can meet up without searching the terminal.

The Drive to Zandbergen

Zandbergen lies 46 km (29 miles) from the airport, and the typical driving time is 48 minutes. Most of the journey is on the motorway network around Brussels, followed by regional roads into the Flemish countryside. Traffic around the capital is the main variable. Morning and late-afternoon rush hours on weekdays can add noticeable time, so if you have a fixed appointment or a connection to make, it is sensible to plan a buffer. Outside peak hours the trip usually runs close to the standard time.

This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other, so you can arrange it ahead of your arrival.

Which Vehicle Suits Your Group

The vehicle is matched to the size of your party and the amount of luggage you carry:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) or Private Taxi (1-4 passengers): suited to solo travellers, couples, and small families. Choose the larger option if you have several suitcases.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a comfortable choice for a group of friends or an extended family travelling together.
• Private Minibus 16 or 24 Seats: practical for larger parties, such as wedding guests or business delegations.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 or 48 Seats: designed for coach-sized groups, so everyone arrives together in one vehicle.
