Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Woerden

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Woerden

The journey from Brussels Zaventem Airport to Woerden covers 172 km (107 miles) and typically takes 1 h 55 m. The route crosses the Belgian-Dutch border, so it is a true door-to-door alternative to a multi-leg journey with luggage. Woerden is a less frequently booked destination, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route. Allow extra time during weekday rush hours and busy holiday periods, when traffic on the motorways can slow the trip noticeably.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Smaller parties are well served by a private taxi: one version seats 1-3 passengers and another seats 1-4. For larger groups, private minibuses are available with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats, so a family, a business delegation or a full coach-sized party can travel together in a single vehicle. If you carry bulky luggage or sports equipment, it is sensible to choose the next size up and keep the ride comfortable.
