Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Wiers

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Wiers

The route covers 437 km (272 miles), and the typical driving time is 4 h 29 m. That is a long transfer, so it helps to plan around it. Traffic near Brussels can slow the start of the journey at rush hour, and a longer trip often benefits from a short break on the way. If you have a connection or appointment at the other end, add a comfortable buffer to the stated driving time.

This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other. Sharing your arrival details and the exact destination address in advance lets the driver prepare properly for the distance.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

On a journey of this length, space and comfort matter more than usual. The options are:

• Private Taxi for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, suitable for solo travellers, couples, families and small groups with normal luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats for groups of up to 8, with room for extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16, 24 or 32 Seats for larger parties such as teams, wedding guests or company groups.
• Private Minibus 40 or 48 Seats for the biggest groups, travelling together in one vehicle.

If your group is close to a vehicle's limit, choose the next size up. Luggage takes up room, and four and a half hours is a long time to travel with bags on your lap.
