Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Wiekevorst

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Wiekevorst

Wiekevorst is 52 km (32 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the drive typically takes about 50 minutes. The main variable is traffic around Brussels, so allow extra time if you land during the morning or evening rush hour, or if you have an onward appointment shortly after arrival. This route is booked less often than the big city transfers, but it is available on request like any other. Your driver takes care of the route, so you can rest after your flight instead of working out connections with luggage in hand.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Solo travellers, couples and small families are usually best served by a private taxi, available for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. If your group is larger, private minibuses are available with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats. Keeping everyone in one vehicle works well for wedding parties, company groups, sports teams and extended family gatherings. When you choose, count your suitcases as well as your passengers, especially after a long-haul flight or when travelling with sports gear or musical instruments.

About Wiekevorst

Wiekevorst is a small village in the Antwerp province of Flanders, in the Kempen region. It is a quiet, rural place rather than a busy tourist hub, which makes a door-to-door transfer a practical way to arrive. Keep the exact street address and house number to hand when you book, as small villages can have several streets with similar names in neighbouring towns, and it helps your driver go straight to the right place.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The location is easy to find once you have collected your luggage.
