Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Weywertz

The drive from Brussels Airport to Weywertz

The transfer covers 156 km (97 miles) and typically takes 1 h 49 m. Weywertz is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but we arrange it on request just like any other route. The journey leads from the Brussels area towards the east of Belgium, so the first stretch can be slow during the morning and evening rush around the capital. If you have a fixed appointment or a check-in time, it is sensible to add a buffer. In winter, the higher ground in the east can bring fog, snow or ice, which may lengthen the trip.

Choosing the right vehicle

For couples, small families and solo travellers, a private taxi is the natural choice, with options for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. Larger parties, such as groups with plenty of luggage or those heading to a family event, can book a private minibus with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats. Pick the size by the number of people and bags, and your driver takes you straight to your address without any changes.

About Weywertz

Weywertz is a small village in the municipality of Bütgenbach, in the German-speaking part of eastern Belgium. The surrounding area is known for its green countryside, the nearby Bütgenbach lake and its closeness to the Hautes Fagnes (High Fens) nature region. Visitors usually come for walking, cycling and a quiet break away from the cities. Since it is a rural place, it helps to have the full street address or the name of your accommodation ready when you book.
