Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Waudrez

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Waudrez

The transfer covers 75 km (47 miles) and typically takes about 56 minutes. Most of the journey leads south-west out of the Brussels area into the province of Hainaut. The busiest stretch is usually around Brussels itself, so allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush hour, or in bad weather. Waudrez is not a frequently booked destination, but the transfer is available on request like any other route, and your driver will take care of the navigation.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can meet without any searching.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle depends on your group size and how much luggage you carry:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, and small families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a comfortable choice for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: suited to wedding parties, clubs, and mid-sized business groups.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: intended for coach-style group travel, such as tour parties or large event delegations.

If you are unsure, choose the larger option when you carry bulky luggage, sports gear, or musical instruments.
