Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Waterland-Oudeman

The Drive from Brussels Airport

The transfer from Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Waterland-Oudeman covers 109 km (68 miles) and typically takes around 1 h 16 m. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request just like any other. Because the trip leaves the Brussels area and crosses a good part of the country, it is worth allowing extra time during the weekday morning and late-afternoon rush hours, when traffic around the capital slows down. Bad weather and roadworks can also add minutes, so avoid planning a very tight connection at the other end.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group

The vehicle you need depends mainly on how many people are travelling and how much luggage you have.

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) suits solo travellers, couples and small families with standard luggage.
• Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) gives one more seat for a slightly larger party.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats (1-8 passengers) works well for bigger families or groups with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 Seats and 24 Seats cover mid-sized groups, such as colleagues or friends travelling together.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats are intended for large groups, tour parties and event travel.

If your group is close to the upper limit of a vehicle, choose the next size up for more comfort and room for luggage.

About Waterland-Oudeman
