The drive from Brussels Airport to Warcoing

Warcoing lies 114 km (71 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport. The drive normally takes around 1 h 18 m. The route heads west across Belgium, so allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush around Brussels, or if you have a tight onward connection. Because the trip is a private transfer, your driver goes straight to your address in Warcoing without stops for other passengers.

Choosing the right vehicle

Warcoing is not one of our most frequently booked routes, but it is available on request like any other. Solo travellers, couples and small families can choose a private taxi for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. Larger parties, such as wedding guests or a group on a company trip, can book a private minibus. The minibus sizes are:

• 8 seats for small groups with extra luggage
• 16 seats and 24 seats for mid-sized groups
• 32, 40 and 48 seats for large parties travelling together

If you are unsure, choose the next size up when you are travelling with bulky luggage such as sports equipment or several large suitcases.

About Warcoing

Warcoing is a quiet village in western Hainaut, in Wallonia, close to the French border and the Scheldt river. It belongs to the municipality of Pecq and sits in a rural area of fields and small roads. Tournai and Mouscron are the nearest larger towns. Because the streets are small, it helps to give your driver the exact street address or a clear landmark when you book.

Meeting Point at Brussels Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage and come through to the arrivals area.
