Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Vouziers

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Vouziers

The route covers 207 km (129 miles) and typically takes 2 h 34 m by road. It leads south from Zaventem, across the Belgian border and into the French Ardennes. Vouziers is a less frequently booked destination, but a transfer here is arranged on request just like any other.

Allow some extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush hour around Brussels, since the ring road can slow the first part of the trip. Winter weather and roadworks can also add minutes, so it is wise not to plan a very tight connection at the other end.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle depends mainly on the size of your group and how much luggage you carry:

• Private Taxi: 1-4 passengers, a good fit for individual travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: 1-8 passengers, for larger families or small groups with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 Seats: 1-16 passengers, suited to friends travelling together or small business groups.
• Private Minibus 24, 32, 40 and 48 Seats: for 1-24, 1-32, 1-40 and 1-48 passengers respectively, covering coach-sized groups, club trips and larger events.

On a journey of this length, a little extra space makes the ride more comfortable, so choose the next size up if you are close to a vehicle's limit.
