Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Vissenaken

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Vissenaken

Vissenaken lies 40 km (25 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the drive typically takes around 33 minutes. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request just like any other. Traffic around the Brussels ring and the main roads out of the airport area can slow things down in the morning and late afternoon, so allow some extra time if you have a fixed appointment at the other end.

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can head straight there and meet your driver without searching the terminal.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Smaller groups are well served by a private taxi, with options for up to 3 or up to 4 passengers. If you travel with a family or extra luggage, the 4-passenger taxi gives a little more flexibility.

Larger parties can choose a private minibus:

• 8 seats for a bigger family or a small group of colleagues
• 16 and 24 seats for wedding guests, clubs or business teams
• 32, 40 and 48 seats for large events, tours and company groups

Pick the vehicle by passenger count and luggage, and leave some spare capacity if your group carries bulky bags.
