Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Viemme

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Viemme

The route covers 73 km (46 miles) and usually takes around 48 minutes. You travel from Zaventem towards the province of Liège, so the journey leaves the Brussels urban area behind fairly quickly and continues through open Hesbaye countryside. Viemme is a less frequently booked destination, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route.

The stated time is a typical figure. Morning and late-afternoon rush hours around the Brussels ring can add to it, as can bad weather in winter. If you have a tight appointment or a connection to catch, allow some extra margin.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Travellers of different group sizes can book a suitable vehicle:

• Private Taxi for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, a good fit for solo travellers, couples and small families with luggage.
• Private Minibus with 8 or 16 seats for larger families, friends travelling together or small business groups.
• Private Minibus with 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats for wedding parties, school trips, clubs and other big groups who want to arrive together.

If you carry bulky luggage, sports equipment or a pushchair, choose the next size up so everything fits comfortably.
