Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Veldhoven

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House in Brussels Zaventem Airport with a personalised name sign. The location is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can meet your driver without searching around the terminal.

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Veldhoven

The route covers 119 km (74 miles) and typically takes 1 h 20 m. You leave Zaventem, head north-east and cross the border into the Netherlands, finishing in the Eindhoven area. A private transfer takes you from the terminal to your address in Veldhoven without changes or waiting for connections. Allow some extra time if you travel during weekday rush hours, when the roads around Brussels and Antwerp tend to be busy, or in bad weather. This route is booked less often than the big city connections, but it is available on request like any other.

Which Vehicle Fits Your Group

Solo travellers, couples and small families usually choose the private taxi, available for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. The 4-passenger option gives a little more room for people travelling with several suitcases. For larger parties, the private minibus with 8 seats works well for colleagues or two families travelling together. Delegations, conference groups and teams can book minibuses with 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats, so everyone arrives together in one vehicle.

Veldhoven and Where to Stay

Veldhoven lies directly next to Eindhoven in the Brainport region of North Brabant. It is best known as the home of ASML, and many visitors come for business at the technology companies in the area. The town also hosts large events and conferences, which is why it has a good choice of hotels.

• NH Eindhoven Conference Centre Koningshof in Veldhoven: a long-established conference hotel and event venue in the town.
• Crowne Plaza Eindhoven in neighbouring Eindhoven: a well-known hotel in the city centre, a short drive from Veldhoven.
• Mercure Hotel Eindhoven in neighbouring Eindhoven: another established option if you prefer to stay in the city.

Please check the exact hotel address when you book, so your driver can take you straight to the entrance.
