Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Tourcoing

The drive from Zaventem to Tourcoing

The route covers 115 km (72 miles) and typically takes 1 h 20 m. You leave Brussels, cross Flanders and enter northern France near the Belgian border. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other. Allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush around Brussels, or when you have a fixed appointment at the other end. Carry a valid passport or ID card, as you cross an international border.

Choosing the right vehicle

A Private Taxi suits one to four passengers with normal luggage. Larger parties can choose a private minibus with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats, so the whole group arrives together in one vehicle. Business teams, wedding guests and school or sports groups heading to Tourcoing often find this simpler than splitting into several cars. If you travel with bulky luggage or equipment, pick the next size up.

About Tourcoing

Tourcoing lies in the Hauts-de-France region, right next to Roubaix and within the Lille metropolitan area. It grew as a textile town, and that industrial heritage still shapes its character. The town has its own fine arts museum, the MUBA Eugène Leroy, and a lively town centre around the Grand'Place. Its position close to the border makes it a practical base for visiting both sides of the frontier.
