Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Thines

The Drive from Brussels Zaventem to Thines

Thines lies 42 km (26 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport. In normal traffic the drive takes around 35 minutes. The route heads south from the airport through the Brussels region and on into Walloon Brabant. Weekday rush hours around Brussels can slow the first part of the trip, so allow extra time if you have a fixed appointment or a tight schedule on arrival. Thines is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there without searching the arrivals hall.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle you need depends on the size of your group and how much luggage you carry:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) or Private Taxi (1-4 passengers): suitable for solo travellers, couples, families and small groups with standard luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good fit for larger families or friends travelling together with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 Seats: for wedding parties, school or sports groups, company events and other large parties. Every passenger travels in one vehicle.

If you are unsure between two sizes, choose the larger one when you carry bulky items such as prams, golf bags or instruments.

About Thines

Thines is a small village in Walloon Brabant, belonging to the municipality of Nivelles. It has a quiet, rural character, with fields and country roads rather than big-city bustle. Because it is a small place, it is worth keeping the full street address and a contact phone number to hand when you book, so your driver can take you to the exact door without delay.
