Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Terlanen

The drive from Brussels Airport to Terlanen

The transfer covers 27 km (17 miles) and typically takes about 26 minutes by road. That is a short, straightforward trip, but Belgian motorways around Brussels can slow down noticeably during the morning and evening rush hours. If you have a fixed appointment or a connection to catch, build in some extra time for those periods. Bad weather can also add a few minutes, particularly in winter.

Because Terlanen is a less frequently booked destination, the transfer is arranged on request. Giving the exact drop-off address when you book helps the driver plan the most sensible route.

Choosing the right vehicle

The size of your group and the amount of luggage decide which vehicle fits best:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) or (1-4 passengers): suited to solo travellers, couples, and small families. Choose the four-seat option if you are carrying more bags.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good match for larger families or small groups with plenty of luggage.
• Private Minibus 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 Seats: designed for tour groups, school trips, wedding parties, and corporate events, so everyone arrives together in one vehicle.

If your group sits close to a vehicle's limit, going one size up gives everyone more room for suitcases and hand luggage.

About Terlanen

Terlanen is a small place in Belgium, and it is not a major tourist destination. For that reason, it is a good idea to keep the full street address or the name of your host or hotel at hand. This makes the final stretch of the journey easy for the driver, especially if the address is on a quiet local road.
