Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Suarlée

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage.

The Drive from Zaventem to Suarlée

The transfer covers 69 km (43 miles) and typically takes about 49 minutes. The route leads south from the airport, past the Brussels area, towards the Namur region. Because the first part of the trip runs close to the capital, morning and late-afternoon traffic can add time. If you have a fixed appointment or a connecting journey in Suarlée, build in a comfortable buffer. Less frequently booked than the big city routes, this transfer is available on request like any other, and your driver follows the same door-to-door approach.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle depends mostly on group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suited to individual travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good fit for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: practical for business teams, wedding parties and sports groups.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: intended for tour groups, events and larger delegations arriving together.

If you are close to the limit of a vehicle's capacity and carry a lot of luggage, choosing the next size up gives everyone more room.
