Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Strivay

The drive from Brussels Airport to Strivay

The transfer covers 104 km (65 miles) and typically takes 1 h 9 m. Strivay is not one of our most frequently booked destinations, but the route is available on request like any other, and your driver takes you directly from the terminal to the address you give us, with no changes and no waiting for connections.

The journey leaves the Brussels area and continues towards the Belgian countryside. Allow extra time if you land during the morning or evening rush hour, when the roads around Brussels are at their busiest. Bad weather can also slow the trip, particularly on the smaller roads close to the destination. If you have a fixed appointment or a check-in deadline, it is sensible to plan a buffer.

Which vehicle suits your group

The vehicle you need depends on the size of your party and how much luggage you carry:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) or Private Taxi (1-4 passengers): suited to solo travellers, couples, small families and business trips.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good choice for a larger family or a group with extra suitcases.
• Private Minibus 16, 24 and 32 Seats: for friends travelling together, wedding parties, club outings or small corporate groups.
• Private Minibus 40 and 48 Seats: for large groups that want to arrive together in a single vehicle.

When in doubt, choose the next size up if you travel with bulky luggage such as sports equipment or prams.

About Strivay

Strivay is a small place, so we keep this brief. It is the kind of destination people usually visit for quiet surroundings and walks in the countryside rather than for big-city sightseeing. Because there are few landmarks to navigate by, please give us the full address of your accommodation or meeting place when you book, so the driver can take you to the exact door.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House inside Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there after baggage reclaim.
