Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Scry

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Scry

Scry lies 99 km (62 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, so this is a longer transfer than most trips from BRU. It is booked less often than the big city routes, but it is available on request like any other. The journey starts around the busy Brussels ring, and weekday morning and late-afternoon traffic can slow things down there. If you have a fixed appointment or a connection at the other end, build in some extra margin. Your driver takes you straight to your address in Scry, so there is no need to organise onward transport from a station or bus stop.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage. Look for the sign and you are ready to go.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle should match your group size and the luggage you carry, which matters on a trip of this length.

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples, families and small groups.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: gives a group of up to 8 extra room for suitcases.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: work for larger families, wedding parties and company groups.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: cover big groups, events and organised tours of up to 48 people.

If you are unsure between two sizes, take the larger one. A little spare space makes a long ride more comfortable.

About Scry

Scry is a small village in the Condroz region of Wallonia, in the province of Liège, and belongs to the municipality of Tinlot. The surroundings are rural, with fields, woodland and quiet country roads. If your accommodation or address is on a minor lane, share the exact street name and house number when you book.
