Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Schiplaken

The drive from Zaventem to Schiplaken

The route covers 18 km (11 miles) and typically takes about 18 minutes. That makes it a short hop, well suited to travellers who want to get to their destination quickly after landing. Schiplaken is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other transfer we offer.

Traffic around Brussels can slow things down, especially during the morning and late-afternoon rush hours on the roads around the airport. If you have a fixed appointment or a tight schedule, allow some extra time on top of the usual driving time.

Which vehicle fits your group

For small parties, you can choose between a private taxi for 1-3 passengers and a private taxi for 1-4 passengers. The second option gives a little more room when you travel with four people and luggage.

Larger groups have several minibus options:

• Minibus with 8 seats: families or small teams
• Minibus with 16 seats: mid-sized groups
• Minibus with 24 or 32 seats: events, clubs and company outings
• Minibus with 40 or 48 seats: large delegations and wedding parties

Choose the size according to both passengers and luggage, so that everyone travels comfortably.

About Schiplaken

Schiplaken is a small place in the Flemish countryside of Belgium, far from the pace of the airport and the capital. Expect a quiet, residential setting rather than a busy tourist centre. If you are visiting family, friends or a local business, it helps to have the exact street address ready so the driver can take you straight to the door.
