Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Sauvenière

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Sauvenière

The transfer covers 93 km (58 miles) and typically takes 1 h 2 m. Traffic around the Brussels ring road and on the main motorways can slow things down during the morning and late-afternoon rush hours, and roadworks or bad weather may add further minutes. If you have an appointment or a tight schedule on arrival, allow some extra time. Because the ride is private, the driver heads straight to your address with no stops for other passengers.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Sauvenière is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other. The vehicle you choose depends on the size of your group and your luggage:

• Private Taxi for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, suited to individual travellers, couples and families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats for up to 8 passengers with extra luggage.
• Private Minibus 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 Seats for larger groups, from small teams up to full coach-sized parties of 48.

If you are travelling with bulky luggage or sports equipment, it is sensible to go one size up so everyone rides comfortably.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House in Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage.

About Sauvenière

Sauvenière is a small place in Belgium, so it is not a destination with a large tourist infrastructure. Visitors usually come to stay with family, to visit friends or to enjoy the quiet surroundings. Since smaller places can have similar street names nearby, it helps to have the exact address, including the house number, ready when you book. For the return trip to the airport, agree on the pickup time in advance and allow a comfortable margin before your check-in deadline.
