Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Salles

The drive from BRU to Salles

The route from Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Salles covers 945 km (588 miles), with a typical driving time of 9 h 4 m before any stops. That is a full day on the road, so it helps to plan for rest breaks, fuel stops and a meal along the way. Heavy traffic, roadworks or poor weather can stretch the journey, so allow extra time if you have an appointment or a check-in deadline at the other end. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other.

Choosing the right vehicle

On a journey of this length, space and comfort matter more than on a short hop. The options are:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples and small families with standard luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good choice for a larger family or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16, 24 and 32 Seats: for tour groups, clubs, wedding parties and work teams.
• Private Minibus 40 and 48 Seats: for the largest groups travelling together in one vehicle.

If you are close to a vehicle's passenger limit and carry a lot of luggage, choose the next size up for a more comfortable ride.
