Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Ruyff

The drive from Brussels Airport to Ruyff

The transfer covers 121 km (76 miles) and typically takes 1 h 17 m. Most of the journey is on motorways, so the time is fairly predictable outside peak hours. Allow extra time if you travel on weekday mornings or late afternoons, when traffic around Brussels can slow the first part of the trip. Bad weather in winter can also add some minutes. Ruyff is a less frequently booked destination, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route, and your driver takes you directly to your address without stops along the way.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle should match your group size and luggage. For smaller parties there are two taxi options:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) suits solo travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) gives a little more room for a group of four.

Larger groups can choose a private minibus. The 8-seat minibus works for a group or family with extra bags, while the 16-seat and 24-seat versions fit tour parties, teams or wedding guests. For big events and coach-sized groups, 32, 40 and 48-seat minibuses are available. If you are close to the upper limit of a vehicle and travelling with a lot of luggage, pick the next size up for comfort.

About Ruyff

Ruyff is a small place in Belgium, and it is better known for its quiet, rural surroundings than for large attractions. Because smaller localities can have narrow or less obvious access roads, it helps to give the exact address of your accommodation or meeting spot when booking. That way the driver can plan the final stretch of the route and take you right to the door.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after collecting your luggage, so you can go there straight from baggage reclaim.
