Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Ruiselede

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem Airport

Once you have passed through arrivals and collected your luggage, head to Java Coffee House, which is easy to find. Your driver will be waiting there with a personalised name sign.

The Drive to Ruiselede

The route covers 87 km (54 miles) and typically takes about 58 minutes. You leave the Brussels area and cross Flanders towards the west of the country, and the scenery gradually turns from suburbs to open farmland. Traffic around Brussels is the main variable. Weekday morning and late afternoon rush hours, as well as heavy rain, can make the first part of the trip slower, so it is sensible to allow some extra time if you have a meeting, an appointment or a wedding to reach. Because the transfer is a private door-to-door service, you are taken straight to your address in Ruiselede without changing vehicles.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Ruiselede is a less frequently requested destination, but every vehicle in the fleet can be arranged on request. Pick the one that matches your group and your luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits individual travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good choice for larger families or a small group travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: practical for business teams, club trips or wedding parties.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: intended for large groups, events and organised tours.

If your party is close to the upper limit of a vehicle, choose the next size up so that everyone has room for their luggage.

About Ruiselede

Ruiselede is a quiet municipality in the province of West Flanders. It is a rural, village-style place rather than a busy tourist centre, so most visitors come to see family, to attend local events or to do business in the surrounding countryside. It is worth having the exact street address ready for your booking, since smaller roads here can be harder to locate than city streets.
