Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Roy

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Roy

The route covers 116 km (73 miles) and typically takes 1 h 15 m by road. A private transfer takes you from the terminal to your door without changes or waiting for connections. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other. Allow extra time during the weekday morning and late-afternoon rush around Brussels, and in poor weather, as traffic around the capital can slow the first part of the journey.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Smaller groups are well served by a private taxi, with options for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. Travelling with several suitcases or a larger family is easier in the 8-seat minibus. For bigger parties such as wedding guests, school trips, clubs or corporate groups, minibuses are available with 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats. Choose a vehicle by the number of passengers and the amount of luggage, and book a size up if you are unsure.

Roy as a Destination

Roy is a small, quiet place in Belgium rather than a large town, so you will not find the facilities of a big city on arrival. Please give your driver the exact address of your accommodation or meeting spot when booking. This helps avoid confusion on smaller local roads at the end of the journey. If you arrive late in the evening, it is worth confirming how you will access your accommodation.

Meeting Point at Brussels Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can walk over without searching the arrivals hall.
