Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Richelle

The Route from Brussels Airport to Richelle

Richelle lies 103 km (65 miles) east of Brussels Zaventem Airport. The journey crosses the country from Flemish Brabant into the province of Liège, and most of it is on motorway. Richelle is a less frequently booked destination, but it is available on request like any other, and your driver takes you straight to the address you give.

Traffic around Brussels and Leuven can be heavy on weekday mornings and in the late afternoon, and the approach to the Liège area can also slow down. If you have a fixed appointment or a connection at the other end, plan a comfortable buffer instead of cutting it fine.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle you need depends on group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, suited to individual travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats for groups of up to 8, or for smaller parties with a lot of baggage.
• Private Minibus 16 Seats and 24 Seats for larger family gatherings, teams and company groups.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats for big groups, such as tours, clubs or event delegations, who want to travel together in one vehicle.

If you are travelling with bulky items such as sports equipment, large suitcases or prams, choose the next size up so everyone rides comfortably.

About Richelle

Richelle is a small village in the municipality of Visé, in the Walloon province of Liège. It sits in the Meuse valley, close to the Dutch border, in a quiet and mostly rural setting. Because it is a small place, it helps to give your driver the exact street address or a clear landmark when you book, so the drop-off goes smoothly. The same applies for the return trip to the airport: confirm the pickup address and time in advance.
