Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Residence EU, Brussels

The drive from BRU to Residence EU

The route covers 13 km (8 miles) and usually takes around 17 minutes. The journey runs from Zaventem into the east of Brussels, so it is short on a quiet day. Morning and late-afternoon rush hours on the approach roads can slow things down, so add a buffer if you have a meeting or a tight check-in time. This is an occasionally booked route, and the driver follows your arrival so you are not left waiting.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there without searching the terminal.

Choosing the right vehicle

A Private Taxi suits solo travellers, couples and small groups, with options for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. Families with extra cases or colleagues travelling together may prefer the Private Minibus with 8 seats. For larger parties, minibuses are available with 16, 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 or 64 seats, which works well for delegations, conference groups and school or tour parties heading to the same address. Pick the size by passenger count first, then allow for your luggage.
