Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Rebecq-Rognon

The drive from Zaventem to Rebecq-Rognon

The route covers 50 km (32 miles) and typically takes around 38 minutes. Most of the journey runs on Belgium's motorway network around Brussels before turning onto smaller regional roads towards Rebecq-Rognon. Traffic on the Brussels ring is the main variable, so it is sensible to allow extra time during weekday morning and late-afternoon rush hours. If you have a connecting appointment or a check-in time at the other end, build in a comfortable margin rather than planning to the minute.

This route is booked less often than the airport's busiest transfers, but it is available on request like any other, and the driver will know the way.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle should match your group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) suits solo travellers, couples or small families with standard luggage.
• Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) gives a little more room for a group of four.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats is a good choice for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats work for wedding parties, family gatherings and small corporate groups.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats are intended for large groups, events and organised tours.

If your group is close to a size limit or has bulky items such as sports equipment or prams, choose the next category up.

About Rebecq-Rognon

Rebecq-Rognon lies in the province of Walloon Brabant, southwest of Brussels. It is a quiet, largely rural area, a long way from the bustle of the capital, with countryside surroundings and a village character. Most visitors come to see family, to attend local events or to stay somewhere calmer than central Brussels. Because the area is small and spread out, a door-to-door transfer is often the simplest way to arrive at the exact address.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House in the arrivals area, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can go straight there without searching the terminal.
