Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Radisson Collection Grand Place Brussels

The Drive from Zaventem to the City Centre

The transfer covers 15 km (9 miles) and usually takes about 24 minutes. The route runs from the airport towards the centre of Brussels, and the hotel sits close to the Grand Place. Weekday morning and late afternoon traffic can slow the approach to the centre, and the narrow streets around the Grand Place add a little time at the end. If you have a tight connection or an early meeting, allow some extra margin.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can go there directly without searching the terminal.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

For couples, solo travellers and small families, a private taxi works well, with options for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. Larger parties can choose a private minibus with 8 or 16 seats, which gives everyone room for luggage. For conference delegations, tour groups and wedding parties, minibuses with 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 or 64 seats are available, so the whole group arrives together.

Radisson Collection Grand Place Brussels as a Destination

The hotel is in the historic heart of Brussels, within walking distance of the Grand Place and the central shopping streets. Brussels-Central station is also close by, which is useful for onward rail journeys. Because streets in this area are often busy and partly restricted to through traffic, your driver will bring you as close to the entrance as local conditions allow.
