Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Putten

The drive from Brussels Airport to Putten

Putten lies 205 km (128 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the drive typically takes 2 h 19 m. The route crosses the Belgian-Dutch border and continues into Gelderland. Putten is not one of the most frequently booked destinations, but the transfer is available on request like any other. Allow extra time if you travel during weekday rush hours, as motorway traffic around the big cities can add to the journey. Bad weather can also slow things down. A private transfer takes you from the airport to the address in Putten without changing vehicles.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle depends on group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 or 1-4 passengers): suits individual travellers, couples, and small families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good fit for larger families or a group with extra suitcases.
• Private Minibus 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 Seats: intended for tour groups, teams, school trips, and company events.

If you are travelling with bulky luggage, sports equipment, or a pushchair, pick the next size up so everyone rides comfortably over the 2 h 19 m journey.

Putten as a destination

Putten is a municipality in the province of Gelderland, on the edge of the Veluwe, a large area of woods and heathland. Nijkerk and Harderwijk are close by, and the surrounding countryside is popular with walkers and cyclists. For most visitors the transfer ends at a private address, a business, or a holiday home. Give the driver the full street address when you book so the drop-off goes smoothly.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House inside Brussels Zaventem Airport, holding a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage.
