Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Proven

The Drive from Brussels Zaventem to Proven

The route between Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) and Proven covers 796 km (495 miles), with a typical driving time of 8 h 1 m. That makes it a long-distance transfer rather than a quick hop, so it helps to plan the day around it. This route is booked less often than the airport's busiest ones, but it is available on request in the same way as any other.

Travel time is a typical figure, not a guarantee. Heavy traffic, roadworks, weather and rest stops can all add to the total, so allow some extra time if you have a connection, an appointment or a check-in deadline at the end of the journey. On a drive of this length, a short break along the way is sensible for everyone in the vehicle, and your driver can stop when needed.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

A private transfer on a long route is mostly about comfort and space, so pick the vehicle by group size and luggage rather than by seat count alone.

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers): suits solo travellers, couples or a small family with normal luggage.
• Private Taxi (1-4 passengers): a good option for four people travelling together.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats (1-8 passengers): gives larger families and small groups room for extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 Seats (1-16 passengers) and 24 Seats (1-24 passengers): suit teams, clubs and mid-sized parties.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats (up to 32, 40 and 48 passengers): for large groups, events and organised tours who want to travel together in one vehicle.

If you are close to the upper limit of a vehicle's capacity and carry a lot of luggage, choose the next size up for a more relaxed journey over several hours.

About Proven

Proven is a small destination in Belgium, so it is not a place with a large number of landmarks to list. Because of this, we recommend giving the exact address of your drop-off when you book. A precise address lets the driver plan the final part of the route properly and avoids delays at the end of a long trip.

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem Airport
