Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Pin

The Journey from Brussels Airport to Pin

The road distance between Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) and Pin is 676 km (421 miles), and the typical driving time is 7 h 6 m. That is a long day on the road, so this is a trip to plan rather than improvise. Pin is a less frequently booked destination, but the transfer is available on request just like any other route.

On a journey of this length, traffic around Brussels at the start can add to the total, as can busy holiday weekends and roadworks along the way. Build some slack into your schedule, especially if you have a connection, an appointment or a check-in time at the other end. Your driver will take the necessary breaks, so treat the stated time as a guide rather than a guarantee.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

With a trip lasting more than seven hours, space and comfort matter more than usual. The vehicle options scale with your group:

• Private Taxi for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, suited to individual travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats for groups of up to 8 with extra luggage room.
• Private Minibus 16 Seats and 24 Seats for larger parties, family gatherings or work teams.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats for big groups, events and organised tours.

If you are travelling with a lot of luggage, sports gear or a pushchair, consider going one size up so everyone can stretch out over the long ride. When booking, state the exact number of passengers and bags.

About Pin as a Destination

Pin is a small place, and it is best approached as a quiet destination rather than a busy city hub. Because of that, it helps to have the exact address of your final stop ready, ideally saved offline on your phone, so your driver can navigate straight to the door. If you are staying in a private house or holiday rental, share the host's contact number in case the final approach is hard to find.

Meeting Point at Brussels Zaventem Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can settle in and begin the journey to Pin without delay.
