Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Pepingen

The drive from Brussels Airport to Pepingen

The route covers 36 km (23 miles) and usually takes around 35 minutes. It leaves the airport area, passes around the Brussels region and continues southwest into the countryside of Flemish Brabant. Pepingen is a less frequently booked destination, but a transfer is available on request just like on any other route. Brussels ring traffic is the main variable. On weekday mornings and late afternoons, allow extra time, especially if you have a connection or appointment waiting at the other end.

Choosing the right vehicle

Smaller groups are well served by a private taxi. There is a version for 1-3 passengers and one for 1-4 passengers, which gives a little more room for a family with luggage. Larger parties can choose a private minibus. Options are:

• 8 seats for up to 8 passengers
• 16 seats for up to 16 passengers
• 24 seats for up to 24 passengers
• 32 seats for up to 32 passengers
• 40 seats for up to 40 passengers
• 48 seats for up to 48 passengers

The larger sizes suit wedding parties, company groups and club trips arriving on the same flight. If you travel with a lot of luggage, pick the next size up rather than filling every seat.

About Pepingen

Pepingen is a municipality in the province of Flemish Brabant, southwest of Brussels. It lies in the Pajottenland, a quiet, rolling rural area known for farmland and small villages. Expect a calm setting rather than a busy town centre, so it helps to have the exact street address ready when you book. Your driver can then take you straight to the door instead of to a general central point.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find after you have collected your luggage, so you can head there directly and meet your driver without a long search.
