Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Oteppe

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Oteppe

Oteppe lies 73 km (46 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the drive normally takes about 54 minutes. The route leaves the Brussels area and continues into the Walloon countryside of the Liège province, so the second half of the trip is calmer than the first. Allow extra time if you travel during the morning or evening rush hour, when traffic around Brussels can slow the start of the journey. Bad weather in winter can also add some minutes. Because the transfer is private, the driver goes straight to your address without stops for other passengers.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

Oteppe is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other. The vehicle you pick depends mainly on group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) or Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) suit solo travellers, couples, families and small groups with ordinary luggage.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats works well for larger families or friends travelling with extra bags.
• Private Minibus 16 Seats and 24 Seats fit wedding parties, business teams and mid-sized tour groups.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats cover big groups, such as event guests or coach-sized parties, who want to arrive together.

If your group is close to a size limit, choose the next category up so that everyone has room for luggage.

Meeting Point at Brussels Airport

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can meet without any searching around the terminal.

About Oteppe

Oteppe is a small village in the Hesbaye region of Wallonia, part of the municipality of Burdinne in the province of Liège. The surroundings are rural, with farmland, quiet lanes and little through traffic. Because it is such a small place, it helps to have the exact street address or a house name ready when you book, so the driver can take you directly to the door. Local roads are narrow in places, which is another reason to give precise arrival details, especially if you are heading to a private home, a guesthouse or an event venue in the area.
