Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Olen-Centrum

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House in Brussels Zaventem Airport with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage, so you can walk over without a long search.

The Drive to Olen-Centrum

The route covers 64 km (40 miles) and usually takes about 59 minutes. It leads from the airport area towards the province of Antwerp, mostly on motorways and main roads. Traffic around Brussels and Antwerp is often heavy at weekday rush hours, typically early morning and late afternoon. If you have a tight connection, an appointment or an event on arrival, it is sensible to allow some extra time beyond the standard journey. Because this is a less frequently booked route, it is arranged on request, just like any other transfer. A private car means no changes and no timetables to match, which helps after a long flight with luggage.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle depends on group size and how much luggage you carry:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) or (1-4 passengers): suited to solo travellers, couples, small families and business trips. Choose the larger one if you have bulky bags.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats: a good fit for larger families or friends travelling together with extra luggage.
• Private Minibus 16 and 24 Seats: practical for company teams, school groups or wedding parties.
• Private Minibus 32, 40 and 48 Seats: designed for large tour groups, club trips and events where everyone should arrive together.

If your group is close to the limit of a vehicle, pick the next size up so everyone has space for their luggage.

About Olen-Centrum

Olen is a municipality in the province of Antwerp, in the Kempen (Campine) region of Flanders. The centre is a quiet, residential area rather than a major tourist destination, and most visitors come to see family, work with local businesses or attend events in the surrounding area. Please give your driver the exact street address when booking so the drop-off is smooth.
