Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Moerbeke

The Drive from Brussels Airport to Moerbeke

The route covers 78 km (49 miles) and usually takes about 51 minutes. Most of the journey is on motorway, so the time is predictable outside peak hours. Traffic around the Brussels ring road is the main variable. If you land during the weekday morning or late afternoon rush, allow some extra time, especially when you have a connection or an appointment soon after arrival. Moerbeke is a less frequently booked destination, but transfers there are available on request like any other route.

Choosing the Right Vehicle

The vehicle is chosen by group size and luggage, not by the route. Smaller parties can take a private taxi, with options for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers. For larger groups there are private minibuses with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats. This suits family gatherings, wedding parties, sports teams and company groups travelling together. If you are bringing bulky items such as golf bags, prams or several large suitcases, book the next size up so everyone rides comfortably.

About Moerbeke

Moerbeke is a small place in a quiet, rural part of Belgium, far from the airport bustle. Visitors usually come to see family and friends, attend local events or enjoy the surrounding countryside rather than for large-scale sightseeing. Because the village is small, it helps to have the exact street address ready when you book, so the driver can take you straight to the door.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House with a personalised name sign. The spot is easy to find once you have collected your luggage. Head there directly and look for your name.
