Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Louveigné

The drive from Brussels Airport to Louveigné

Louveigné lies 115 km (72 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the typical driving time is 1 h 14 m. The route heads east from the Brussels area towards the province of Liège. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request like any other. Traffic around Brussels at rush hour and on the approach to Liège can slow things down, so allow some extra time if you have a fixed appointment or a connection to catch.

Which vehicle fits your group

For smaller parties, a private taxi is available for 1-3 or 1-4 passengers, which suits couples, families or business travellers with a few suitcases. Larger groups can choose a private minibus with 8, 16, 24, 32, 40 or 48 seats. Minibuses work well for family gatherings, wedding guests, sports teams or company outings heading to the Liège countryside. When you book, pick the vehicle by passenger count and consider the amount of luggage as well.

About Louveigné

Louveigné is a village in the municipality of Sprimont, in the province of Liège in Wallonia. It sits in a green, hilly part of eastern Belgium, close to the Ourthe and Amblève valleys. It is a quiet place rather than a busy tourist centre, so most visitors come for the surrounding countryside, for family visits or for local events.

Places to stay near Louveigné

Louveigné is small, and I cannot name hotels there with confidence. The nearest well-known option is the town of Spa, in the same province, famous for its thermal heritage. Established places to stay in Spa include:

• Radisson Blu Palace Hotel, a large historic hotel in the centre of Spa
• Hotel Balmoral, a long-standing hotel in Spa
