Brussels Zaventem Airport (BRU) to Loupoigne

The drive from Brussels Airport to Loupoigne

Loupoigne lies 40 km (25 miles) from Brussels Zaventem Airport, and the typical driving time is 35 minutes. The journey leaves the airport area and continues south through Walloon Brabant towards the village. This is a less frequently booked route, but it is available on request just like any other transfer.

The 35 minutes is a typical figure. Brussels ring road traffic can slow things down at peak commuting hours on weekdays, so allow some extra time if you have a tight connection, a meeting or an event to reach on arrival. A private transfer lets you travel door to door without timetables or changes.

Choosing the right vehicle

The vehicle should match your group size and luggage:

• Private Taxi (1-3 passengers) suits solo travellers, couples and small families.
• Private Taxi (1-4 passengers) gives a little more room for a group of four.
• Private Minibus 8 Seats works for larger families or friends travelling with extra luggage.
• Private Minibus 16, 24, 32, 40 and 48 Seats cover wedding parties, corporate groups and organised trips of up to 48 passengers.

If you are unsure which size to pick, choose the larger one when you have bulky luggage such as sports equipment or prams.

About Loupoigne

Loupoigne is a small village in the Walloon Brabant countryside, part of the municipality of Genappe. It is a quiet, rural place rather than a busy tourist centre, so a direct private transfer is a practical way to arrive. Please have the exact address of your destination ready when you book, so the driver can take you straight there.

Meeting Point

Your driver waits at Java Coffee House in Brussels Zaventem Airport with a personalised name sign. The location is easy to find after you have collected your luggage.
